Becoming a RisMedia 2025 Newsmaker

Thank you to RISMedia for honoring me as one of their 2025 Real Estate Newsmakers!

2024 was an amazing year for me professionally, and it is so special to see how far our company has come since my co-founder Erica Sachse and I launched The Development Marketing Team in 2021. We are always evolving to be ahead of the market, which is how Powered By DMT came to life. Since our founding we have worked on 20+ new development projects, with many more in the works (stay tuned). Keep reading for an excerpt from the article:

“My 2024 was about resetting and growing my business, which rebranded from the Development Marketing Team into Powered By DMT. The new name comes from our company’s data-leveraging platform that offers lead generation, digital marketing, branding and more for agents specializing in luxury resales or new developments. During 2024, our company expanded into the South Florida market and oversaw five new development projects.

It’s exciting to see how Powered by DMT has evolved into an integrated system that puts the buyer’s needs at the forefront and supercharges project success. Knowing that we are empowering teams and creating real value for our clients, especially in fast-growing markets like South Florida, is truly the highlight of my journey in this business.”
